In a few short years we have demonstrated an ability to deliver planning permission often against a background of complex technical and logistical problems.

We pride ourselves on working with local councils and have an enviable record of planning success, bringing forward development sites, ranging from just 9 houses right through to strategically planned schemes for housing, retail and ancillary commercial development.

For more than 25 years Bluemark Directors have been responsible for promoting and managing the release of major development sites such as Dickens Heath, Solihull and South West Warwick.

Recently we have lead a consortium of developers and landowners to bring forward a new community at Keresley, Coventry which following promotion through the Coventry Core Strategy Inquiry was recently confirmed by the Planning Inspector as a site suitable for over 3,000 houses.

At the other end of the spectrum we were equally pleased to receive planning permission for 30 retirement apartments in Water Orton delivered in conjunction with the landowner and long term development partner, Punch Taverns.
